The room rates are per night / per ROOM inclusive BREAKFAST and all TAXES (21% Government Tax / Service Charge) Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All rates are quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and nett-rates -
EXTRA Bed per night - on REQUEST - cost per night: IDR 350,000 - only 1 Extra Bed per room and only as long available - Extra Bed only available in Room-Type: GRAND SUITE Family only. Extra Bed-Rate for 1 night includes Breakfast and all Taxes.
No additional charge for child under 12 years of age sharing room with parents without extra bed, but the breakfast will be charged. Breakfast charge for child (4-12 yrs) who sharing the existing bed is @ IDR 105,000 per child per night if Breakfast needed. Breakfast for Child can be also ordered A la Carte.
ALL ROOMS and Suites are NON -SMOKING, please smoke at Balcony or in some public areas where you see ashtray provided. Our Restaurant is NON SMOKING.
Max. 1 person over 12 yearis additionel allowed in room when agreed with Hotel Management, surcharge IDR 350.000 (inc. Breakfast and Tax).
NO FOOD and DRINKS allowed to bring from outside into Hotel.
Please hand over your ROOM KEY to the front desk Staff when leaving the hotel - if you lose the key, we will charge you
IDR 1,000,000 (1 million Indonesian Rupiah).
Restaurant and Bar bill includes 11% Government Tax and 10% Service charge.
In public are please mute your Mobile Phone, no Phoncalls, listen Music, play games with audio are allowed all over Hotels public area and your Balconys. Please use Earbuds.
Parking places for cars are limited and complimentary - also many possibilitys to park in front of Hotel beside the road.
Outside Visitors are not allowed to enter your Room/Suite - plenty of meedting space in public area like Restaurant, Lobby, Launch Bar etc.
Non Hotel Guest not allowed to use Swimming Pool.
In Hotel-Area, include Restaurants / Bars, no pets allowed.
Check-in time is from 14.00 hrs. until 22.30 hrs. and Check-out time is from 8.00 hrs. until 12.00 hrs.
Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Late Check-Out until 13:00 PM is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
No DEBIT CARDS accepted. Payments has to be done by Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEXCO, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, JBC and UnionPay) or Bank transfer (wire)
