Property Cancellation Policy
A valid Credit Card with Bookers Name (no other persons card accepted) on it is required to guarantee your reservation (no DEBIT cards accepted). Credit Cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur.
- Payment/Deposit Policy
- Fully PREPAYMENT required by Government rules (reservations accepted with Credit Card only) in Low-season, High Season (Jul/Aug - Dec/Jan) and currently for Bookings after COVID-19 Deposit up to 100% is required and can be charged anytime after Booking,
- Final Payment, if some open, has to be done by CHECK-IN (room rates, extra bed, transport etc.)
- REFUND: In case of correct cancelation a Guest"s PREPAYMENT or DOWNPAYMENT will be immediately 100% refundet to there Creditcard or Bankaccount.
- Cancellation Policy
- No Show up and Early Check out are subject to 100% of total room/night reserved.
- HOT DEAL (any Promotion Rates, special Offers) or LAST MINUTE Bookings - no cancellation - non refundable
- Cancellation for free before 14 days of arrival, after 14 days 1 night charged, after 7 days or no-show 100% charged.
- Cancellation policy above is also valid for all our Internet Booking Partners like AGODA.com, EXPEDIA.com, Booking.com, Asiatravel.com, TRAVELOKA.com and AirBnB) -
- For all AGENTS: Agency Bookings fully pre-paid (50% non-refundable)
- You hereby authorise the BALI Paradise HOTEL to charge your Credit Card specified amount on booking confirmation.
- Additionally, you agree to hold the BALI Paradise HOTEL completely and fully harmless from and against any and all claims of any type or nature whatsoever resulting from any charges made to said credit card account payment (incl. 3rd party credit card processors), in fully will be billed to credit card shown on booking confirmation.
- We will charges all of reservation amounts in IDR (based on hotel currency exchange)
