TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• The room rates are per night / per ROOM inclusive of BREAKFAST but exclude all TAXES, except other BOOKINGS like Snorkling, Diving, Tours, Transport etc.)
  (Not included in room or package price: 11% taxes, 10% service charge)
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• All rates are quoted in USD ($) 
• Extra bed is @ USD 18.00 $.- (low season) per room per night include Breakfast but exclusive TAX  (maximum 1 bed for 1 person per room and as long available - ( except DE LUXE CLASSIC Rooms)
• No additional charge for child under 12 years of age sharing room with parents without extra bed, but the breakfast will be charged USD 4.00 $ (maximum 1 child per room)
• Breakfast charge for child (4-12 yrs) who sharing the existing bed is @ USD 4 $ per child per night
• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12.00 hrs.
  • Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
  • Late Check-Out until 13:00 PM is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  • Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be 
    charged at full nightly rate.
• Payment/Deposit Policy: 
• No prepayment or deposit required (reservations accepted with credit card guarantee only)
• Payments has to be done by Check-In in Cash (USD, EURO, AUD, SGD or IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) or 
  by Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard - 3% surcharge). 

• Cancellation Policy: 1 night penalty (for short time stay) if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival.
  No Show and Early Check out are subject to 100% of total room/night reserved.
